Here at B’s Plumbing, we are certified to install all forms of gas piping. All our technicians are certified in all CSST (Corrugated Stainless-Steel Tubing) which consists of Gastite, Ward Flex, and Trac Pipe. Of course, we install the traditional galvanized and black steel, also copper tubing when requested.

The most popular is the CSST tubing, because of its flexible stainless steel gas piping design. The Gastite system is a safe, time-saving, and efficient method of installing piping for natural gas and liquefied propane gas. It utilizes corrugated, semi-rigid stainless-steel tubing with polyethylene jacketing and fully integrated all-metal components.

It is safer, cleaner, faster, and easier to install than black iron, galvanized, or copper pipe. It can be run to install any type of gas appliance from stoves, cooktops, and fireplaces to water heaters or house heaters. You can use it to hook up gas grills and gas lanterns. It is fully legal to use CSST in an existing home or commercial setting where black iron mains have been run to other appliances. Indoor

We can attach gas to any appliance, move/relocate gas lines to gas grills, gas generators, gas stoves, cook tops, dryers, and other gas appliances. B’s Plumbing uses Gastite Flash Shield brand flexible gas piping. The highest quality and most reliable/leak free brand name that does not need bonding or grounding.

Outdoor

We can trench an underground gas line out of the building to a grill, fire pit, or your pool heater. B’s Plumbing uses Gastite for all our underground piping. In addition, we always run a tracer wire by code making sure it can be easily located in the future. We do a full gas pipe sizing when adding appliances to make sure your meter and existing gas pipe are up to code. Undersized piping can cause appliances to burn lean and cause soot build up.
